What Is Fibromyalgia, Really...

by Mr Vigour

Fibromyalgia. Do you know what it is?

I don’t know what it is….

The doctors don’t know what it is…

But, what I do know about is something called interstitial acidosis, and surprisingly the symptoms are absolutely identical to “fibromyalgia”, so let’s talk about that instead because legally only licensed medical professionals are allowed to talk about fibromyalgia treatment.

Interstitial acidosis is a term that’s only used in my realm of health, Regenerative Detoxification. You won’t find it commonly talked about, but it’s the answer to the problems doctors can’t solve. It’s a blanket term for a congested and poisoned lymphatic system, and the location of pain or health complaints in your body describes the location where your lymphatic system is compromised. That is the simplicity of understanding human health.

The primary focus of my work as a Regenerative Detoxification Specialist is cleansing the lymphatic system, and when done properly that’s what opens the door for health to return because you’re removing the obstructions that have prevented health. God created your body to be self healing, you only have to cut your hand and watch it heal before your very eyes, the rest of you is no different. When you’re unhealthy, the best question you can ask is “What is obstructing the Lords plan for me.”

“Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.”
~ ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

So, if I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I would reject that disease label and do the following protocols…

The first thing I would do is get a vitamin D supplement. Studies have shown that most people diagnosed with fibromyalgia by doctors are significantly deficient in vitamin D. Just check out the conclusion of these studies.

"Conclusion: Vitamin D deficiency has to be considered in the management of fibromyalgia syndrome."

"Conclusions: Vitamin D supplementation may be an effective fibromyalgia therapeutic approach."

Vitamin D is the single most important nutrient in the human body. It is used to make anti-inflammatory steroids, hormones, prevent joint pain, prevent muscle pain, and lift depression. So as a base nutrient, this should be your first stop, a high dose world class vitamin D supplement that includes vitamin K2 and calcium to aid absorption:

The next thing I would take is Chlorella.

"Conclusions: The potential of chlorella to relieve symptoms, improve quality of life, and normalize body functions in patients with fibromyalgia, hypertension, or ulcerative colitis suggests that larger, more comprehensive clinical trials of chlorella are warranted."

"Conclusions: The results of this pilot study suggest that dietary Chlorella supplementation may help relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia in some patients."

Chlorella is high in chlorophyll, it increases oxygen in your blood, detoxes heavy metals, detoxes fungus and molds which may contribute to the joint and muscle pain people experience, purges bio toxins, xenoestrogens and dioxins, and other poisons that contribute to fatigue, brain fog and body pain. And this brings me to interstitial acidosis…

Your body has 2 major fluids - blood and lymph. Blood makes up 20% of your bodily fluid, and it delivers oxygen and nutrition to your cells. Lymph makes up 80% of your bodily fluid, and it is your sewer system that removes toxins, pathogens, and cellular waste from cell metabolism. Blood is slightly alkaline, and lymph is acidic. Get it? One system is the kitchen that feeds cells, the other is the toilet that removes waste. The toilet is 4x larger than the kitchen, just so you understand how much more important the lymphatic system is in the Lord’s grand design.

These 2 fluids meet in your body’s largest organ, it’s called the Interstitium. The Interstitium is the medical name for the structure that holds the fluid in the space in and around the cells in your body.

Interstitial literally means “space in and around”, so the interstitial spaces in your body is literally the space in between the cells that make up your body.

Interstitial acidosis means that your lymphatic system becomes burdened with toxins and can’t eliminate those toxins quick enough, which means they accumulate in the space around the cells. Those toxins burn the cells, and you end up feeling pain and inflammation. The toxic burden can also prevent sufficient oxygen and nutrients from reaching the cell, leading to the cell acting abnormally.

From the outside looking in, it may seem as though your own body is attacking and damaging your cells. Doctors like to call this auto-immune conditions, but what’s really happening is that your cells are swimming in a pool of acidic toxins that are damaging them.

Chlorella is a powerful, God-made algae that has the capacity to purge toxins from your body, which is another way of saying it cleanses lymph. It also increases the oxygen being delivered to your cells, partly because it cleanses lymph and partly because abuse it helps your blood carry more oxygen. So it’s a win - win supplement that’s backed by clinical research. If you want a pure and potent Chlorella supplement then this was made for you! Check it out here:

The next thing I would do is invest in a mini trampoline and start rebounding. It is the best exercise to move and cleanse lymph. Your heart pumps blood through your body, but the lymphatic system does not have a pump! It relies on movement. When you stop moving your body, you stop moving and cleansing lymph. God made us with the necessity to live an active lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle has become the new #1 killer, and it’s because the sewer system stops eliminating and starts accumulating internally when you stop living an active life. Cleansing lymph means to reverse interstitial acidosis remember, so get moving, and to maximize your efforts get rebounding daily.

Rebound for 20 - 30 minutes every day. You might have to work up to that amount, so start with 5 minutes and go from there.

Concerning diet, processed foods contribute to interstitial acidosis. All of them, without exception.

Whole foods made by God, whether it’s fresh fruits and vegetables or meat like lamb, beef and fish, help to purge and cleanse your lymphatic system. In the case of interstitial acidosis that is either debilitating or comes and goes in debilitating waves, a restrictive diet works best for a short timeframe of 6-12 months until you recover your health.

There are two options with a restrictive diet - either carnivore OR high raw plant based. Poor food combinations contribute to interstitial acidosis. Technically speaking, it’s because of the different digestive enzymes and digestive times of proteins, carbs and fats, and also how each individual processes their foods based on their unique genetics. I could speak for hours just about this one thing. But for now all you need to know is that you have a choice between carnivore and high raw plant based dieting. I strongly encourage you to invite the Holy Spirit to lead you in making your choice.

Choose either a carnivore diet OR high raw plant based diet for 6 - 12 months.

If you want to learn more about how your body uniquely processes foods so you can make a more informed choice about which diet would best suit you, then take a look at getting your own Nutrigenomics report here:

While we’re taking about genetics, here’s a very interesting study I found…

In a nutshell, it states “candidate gene studies highlighted potential mechanisms involved in Fibromyalgia pathogenesis, identifying associated SNPs to the disease: central sensitization to pain and HPA axis impairment. Beside a genetic predisposition, environmental factors, like infant trauma, stress, and depression, play a fundamental role in the onset and development of Fibromyalgia, through epigenetic modulations. In particular, a hypomethylation state is shown in Fibromyalgia patients compare to healthy controls.”

This study reveals that some genes influence fibromyalgia by increasing sensitivity to pain and impairing the HPA axis which is the nerve superhighway that connects your brain, adrenal glands, and nervous system. When the HPA axis is impaired, it means you’re hardwired to live in fight or flight mode. That genetic predisposition is a loaded gun. Childhood trauma and stress pull the trigger.

When your body is constantly in a state of fight or flight, it shuts down natural detoxification pathways. It means your body will store more toxins, causing more interstitial acidosis that happens faster than it does in healthy individuals.

The study also showed people diagnosed with fibromyalgia expressed slower methylation, which is the name of the process your body uses to make some nutrients like glutathione, and purge toxins like heavy metals.

So here’s 3 important takeaways from this study:

  • A Nutrigenomics report can tell you more about how your genes are working, particularly with methylation cycle and your HPA axis.

https://www.supps.mrvigour.com/pages/nutrigenomics

  • It confirms that chlorella is a wise choice because it helps support a slow methylation cycle and also helps your body purge excess toxins.

  • It would also be an intelligent choice to modulate your stress response to reduce cortisol, stabilize your HPA axis, and activate your parasympathetic nervous system which is otherwise known as “rest and digest” mode. The best supplement for this is Alleviate:

https://www.supps.mrvigour.com/collections/all/products/alleviate

Your vagus nerve is the main nerve connected to your parasympathetic nervous system, and it’s the nerve you want to activate to promote rest and digest physiological functions. A little known secret is that God designed your vagus nerve to wrap around your vocal cords in your larynx as it moves up and through your ear canal, and an incredibly powerful way to stimulate your vagus nerve in times of stress is to sing!

Next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, put on some worship music and sing your heart out to activate your vagus nerve so you can experience a peace that only the Lord can deliver.

And if you sing worship and praise to the Lord daily, you’re actually going to build resilience while rewiring your body’s stress response over time.

“So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
‭‭~ Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭15‬-‭20‬

The Lord wants you to sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (worship). Be bold, be obedient, and watch your life and health transform.
