Shipping policy

An invoice will be sent to the email address you enter during checkout. We strive to process orders through our fulfilment facility within 2 business days. The below delivery times do not include fulfilment, and are estimates based on individual shipping carrier delivery times.

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Mr Vigour has engaged a trusted partner to fulfill all orders, utilizing their warehouse located within the United States. As such, all orders will be processed through this facility, enabling us to provide Domestic Shipping for orders within the US, and International Shipping for all orders outside of the US. Mr Vigour in conjunction with its brand partner offer worldwide shipping options.

        COST

        Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment costs. Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.

         

        CUSTOMS/DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES

        International shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees will be calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived. Customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. Mr Vigour is not responsible for customs fees assessed for any international order. Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees, Rules, Regulations or Restrictions is subject to a 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

        Mr Vigour is not responsible for any seized package(s) or product(s) due to an individual's non-compliance with customs regulations or restrictions within their country of residence.

         

        PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

        Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us at support@mrvigour.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution with you. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

        For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@mrvigour.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

        We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

        HOW DOES ROUTE GREEN PACKAGE PROTECTION WORK

        In the unfortunate event of your order being lost or stolen, Route's dedicated support team is here to assist you in securing a refund. Claims are typically reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days after submission.

        HOW DOES ROUTE PROCESS REFUNDS

        When issuing a refund for an item, Route ensures coverage of the subtotal, including shipping costs and taxes. Once the claim is approved by Route, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

        WHEN SHOULD I FILE A CLAIM?

        For items marked as delivered (stolen):

        • Claims reviewed within 5-15 calendar days from the marked delivery date.
        • In certain instances, a police report may be requested by the Route support team.

        For items stuck in transit (lost) on domestic orders:

        • Claims reviewed within 2-20 calendar days from the last update.
        • Filing deadline is 365 days from the order date.

        HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST OR STOLEN ORDER

        To initiate a shipping issue, you have the option to file a claim via Route's app or the web platform provided here. For claim submission, please have your store order number or Route ID number, along with the email address associated with the order, ready.
