2. SUPPLEMENTS REFUND POLICY

2.1. Eligibility: Refunds for supplements follow our standard 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee. To qualify, you must return all unused portions, containers, and original receipts to our specified return address before the refund will be processed.

2.2. Condition: Products can be either opened or unopened.

2.3. Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective goods.

2.4. Process: Email support@supps.mrvigour.com to initiate a claim. Include your order number and full name. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within ten (10) business days.


Services Refund Policy

At Mr. Vigour, we are committed to providing exceptional health coaching services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or adjustments to appointments. Please review our refund policy for services below:

PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS + IRIS ANALYSIS

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Every consultation will incur a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

2. Commencement of Work: Once preparation works has commenced for your appointment, a minimum of 50% of the total service fee will be retained to cover the preparation costs. The decision to refund any portion beyond that is at the discretion of an authorized employee of Mr. Vigour.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for consultations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. No refunds will be offered for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the booking unless explicitly authorized by Mr. Vigour.

4. Refund Process: Refunds, if authorized, will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

INDOMITABLES PROGRAM 1-1 COACHING SERVICE

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A 10% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

2. Commencement of Work: If program preparations have begun, including but not limited to iris analysis and assessment process, an additional 10% of the remaining balance will be retained. After the program has begun, any refund will be calculated on a pro‑rated basis according to the number of full weeks remaining. Once you have completed five or more of the twelve weeks, no refund will be issued. 

3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is flexible to accommodate a multi‑session, long‑term program. Please notify us as early as possible to arrange alternate dates.

INDOMITABLES PROGRAM GROUP COACHING SERVICE

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: No deposit is required to enroll in group coaching.

2. Onboarding Call: If the 1‑hour onboarding session has been delivered, up to $100 USD may be retained to cover costs; the remainder of your Program fee will be refunded.

3. Early Cancellation: If you voluntarily cancel or exit the Program after the first seven (7) days, no refund will be issued.

4. Extenuating Circumstances: Refunds beyond these terms may be granted at Mr Vigour’s discretion upon receipt of verifiable documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries at the set interval. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time prior to your next scheduled order processing. No changes or cancellations can be made to an order once it has been processed. There is a minimum of 2 orders before your subscription can be cancelled.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or alternatively by logging into our website and managing the preferences set in your account. If you used SHOP Pay to make your purchase you can manage your subscription through the SHOP App or via your account at the SHOP website.

General Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for unopened product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, safety seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale event items, or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in an expedited timeframe is to make a separate purchase for the new item once your initial return is accepted by us, while the monetary refund is being processed.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
